I’m the owner of Ears by Courtney and a Certified Hearing Protection Specialist. I’ve spent most of my life in the outdoor industry and found sporting clays in 2017. What started as a love for the sport eventually grew into Ears by Courtney—a business focused on helping shooters find hearing protection and shooting gear that actually works for them.

I travel to shoots and clubs across the country offering on-site ear impressions, and custom hearing protection, along with Pilla Sport Eyewear, RE Ranger Performance Eyewear, SoundGear Electronic Hearing Protection, Castellani Shooting Vests & Accessories, and Pro Ferrum.
My goal is simple: help you understand your options and find the right fit for how you shoot—without making it complicated.
Hearing Protection Beyond the Range
My experience also extends into industrial hearing conservation, where I work with companies to provide custom-fit hearing protection for employees exposed to occupational noise.
